Dr. Joudi received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut, in Beirut, Lebanon. He completed his internship in internal medicine at St. Louis University, in St. Louis, MO, and completed residencies in urology at the University of Toronto, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and at the University of Iowa, in Iowa City, Iowa. He completed a fellowship in urologic oncology at the University of Iowa and then joined the Department of Urology there as an assistant professor. Dr. Joudi is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a fellow of Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and board certified by the American Board of Urology. He joined the group in July 2010.

Kahlil N. Saad, MD
Dr. Kahlil Saad was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. He obtained dual undergraduate degrees at the University of Kansas in Lawrence with a B.S. in Biochemistry and a B.A. in Germanic Languages and Literatures. After studying abroad in Germany, where he met his wife, he returned to medical school at the University of Kansas in Kansas City, Kansas. He then trained in general urology at Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan. Dr. Saad completed fellowship training in pediatric urology at the world-renowned Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University before returning home to Wichita to join the group. He’s a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Urology. Dr. Saad will be taking care of our pediatric patients.

Patrick Houghton, MD
Board Certified by the American Board of Urology
Dr. Patrick Houghton joins Wichita Urology following completion of his urologic training at the Mayo Clinic in Florida.
Prior to this, he attended the US Air Force Academy followed by active duty military service, later transitioning out of the Air Force to pursue a career in medicine. He earned his medical doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
He practices general urology with emphasis on minimally invasive endoscopic surgical techniques to address prostate enlargement, stones, and urologic cancers as well as laparoscopic and robotic techniques for both malignant and non-malignant disorders of the genitourinary system. He currently is the only urologist in the area to offer Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP).
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters, being involved in his church, and getting outdoors to both hunt and fish.

Trang X. Pham, MD, FACOG
Dr. Trang Pham joins Wichita Urology following completion of fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology) at the University of Oklahoma. She completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology residency in Oklahoma and is a board certified OB/Gyn.
As a Wichita native, Dr. Pham obtained her undergraduate degree at Wichita State University and received her medical degree from the University of Kansas. She also holds Masters of Science in both Forensic Science and Clinical and Translational Science.
Dr. Pham specializes in female pelvic disorders including pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, and pelvic mesh complications. She is skilled in vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries.
Surendra Kolla, MD
Board Certified by the American Board of Urology
Dr. Kolla attended Guntur Medical College in Guntur, India where he received his medical degree in 2000. He then attended All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India where he completed their Urology and General Surgery residency programs. After moving to the States, Dr. Kolla completed his internship in Minimally Invasive Surgery followed by his residency in Urology at the University of California Irvine, School of Medicine in Irvine, CA. He also completed a fellowship training in Urologic Oncology at the Moffitt Cancer Center, University of South Florida in Tampa, FL.
Dr. Kolla joined Wichita Urology in April of 2024.
Dr. Kolla is a member of the American Urological Association and is board certified by the American Board of Urology.

Landon Snell, PA-C
Receiving his Bachelor of Science in Biology from McPherson College in 2007, Landon has been with Wichita Urology since 2010. He completed a Masters of Physician Assistant from Wichita State in 2010 and immediately became a licensed physician assistant by the State of Kansas and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Landon currently works under the supervision of the doctors Farha, Zakharia, Byrd, and Joudi.
Shandi M. Husen, APRN – Cancer Navigator
Receiving her Bachelor of Science of Nursing from Wichita State University in 2009, Shandi was previously with Wichita Urology as a Registered Nurse for four years before she left to continue her education. Shandi earned her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2017 and returned to Wichita Urology in 2018 as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinics. Shandi currently works under the supervision of the doctors Richardson and Joudi.

Zachary attended Southwestern College where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2012, graduating summa cum laude. He then went on to receive his Master of Physician Assistant in 2014 from Wichita State University. Zach started with Wichita Urology in 2019 as an Advanced Practice Provider.

Taylor Trent, APRN – OAB Champion Team Member
Taylor received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Bethel College in 2015. With a passion for patient care and eager to expand her knowledge, she continued on to the University of Missouri, Kansas City where she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2021. Taylor came on board at Wichita Urology in October 2021 as a Nurse Practitioner. She currently works under the supervision of doctors Byrd and Richardson.
As part of our Center for Urinary Health team, Taylor’s primary focus is overactive bladder and identifying the best treatment paths to help improve patient’s quality of life.

Stephanie McClenny, APRN
Stephanie attended Langston University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Following graduation, she immediately began her nursing career working in various departments enabling her to broaden her nursing skillset. After working as a registered nurse for a couple of years, Stephanie knew she had found her calling. She decided to continue to develop her knowledge and skills by furthering her education. She went on to receive her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Wichita State University in 2021. Stephanie joined Wichita Urology in March of 2023 as an Advanced Practice Provider.
Stephanie is deeply committed to patient care and her passion is evident in her role as an Advanced Practice Provider where she excels at providing quality care to every patient she serves.
Outside of the office you can find Stephanie doing yard work or traveling with her kids and husband.
Madison Shryock, APRN
Madison attended Emporia State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After working as a registered nurse, Madison knew she had found her passion and was eager to expand her knowledge and skillset by furthering her education. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University in 2023. Madison joined Wichita Urology as an Advanced Practice Provider in July of 2023.
In Madison’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing with their dogs, hunting, reading, going to concerts, and spending time outside.
Hannah Roth, PA-C
Hannah attended Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, VA where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 2016, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She then went on to receive her Master of Health Science, Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in 2018. Hannah accepted a Physician Assistant position in urology right out of graduate school. She quickly came to love the specialty as it allows her to use her problem-solving skills and collaborate with her patients to help improve their quality of life. Hannah started with Wichita Urology in April of 2024 as an Advanced Practice Provider.
Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, and spending time with her daughter.
Adyson Ingold, PA-C
Adyson attended Kansas State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2020. She then went on to receive her Master of Physician Associate Studies from Wichita State University in 2023. Adyson joined Wichita Urology in April of 2024 as an Advanced Practice Provider. Adyson finds urology particularly rewarding because it allows her to utilize cutting-edge technology, provide much-needed symptom relief to her patients, and treat a range of conditions, including cancer.
Adyson deeply values the relationships she is able to form with her patients and finds it fulfilling to partner with them on their journey towards a healthier future.
In Adyson’s free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors partaking in some of her favorite activities such as wakeboarding, hiking, and camping. She also enjoys DIY house projects/renovations.
Kelsie Hoffman, APRN
Kelsie attended Emporia State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2020. Following graduation, Kelsie began her nursing career with Wichita Urology as our pediatric nurse, where she quickly developed a passion for pediatric care. After gaining valuable experience as a nurse, Kelsie decided to further her education. She returned to school and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in 2024. Kelsie rejoined Wichita Urology in August of 2024 as an Advanced Practice Provider specializing in pediatric care.
Kelsie is excited to be a part of Wichita Urology’s pediatric care team again as she understands how pediatric urologic conditions can impact a child’s life and is driven to help make a difference.
Outside of the office, Kelsie enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out by the pool, and spoiling her niece.
Jenny Cline, PA-C
Jenny attended Friends university in Wichita, KS where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry in 1996. She then went on to earn her Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant from Wichita State University in 1999. Jenny began her career in orthopedics before finding a love for primary care. After working in primary care for over 20 years, Jenny decided to pursue another specialty which led her to urology.
Jenny joined Wichita Urology in August 2024 as an Advanced Practice Provider. Jenny finds great fulfillment in urology as it allows her to help patients navigate health concerns that can sometimes be personal, intimate and embarrassing medical problems. It is her goal to provide relief and support to patients in an empathetic manner.
Outside of her professional life, Jenny loves spending time in nature. She especially enjoys catching the sunrise and sunset, as she finds these moments to be the most peaceful of the day.
